I'm Kate Hopley, a franchise executive, capability specialist and instructional designer with experience working across every stage of the franchise journey from franchisee and franchisor to national support office leadership.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside franchise partners to improve business performance, build capability and develop practical learning solutions that create real outcomes. I've led national training strategies, designed franchise education frameworks, developed operations manuals and supported the growth of franchise networks across Australia.
